FAQs

Why wouldn't I hire a full-time revenue or marketing operations specialist?

You may still need to make a full-time hire depending on the size and complexity of your team.  We are here to help you scale from the ground-up with immediate plug-and-play expertise or can seamlessly integrate to guide or take some of the load off of a scaling enterprise team.

Operations is often a team sport and multiple resources are often needed to help handle incoming operations demand within large teams. You may already have a world class team and just need an extra hand for execution or to dig deeper into a funnel problem.

Something else to keep in mind: Great full-time senior-level marketing and revenue operations specialists are very expensive (and finding the right person can be a long multi-month process). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilize.  This may be especially true for a startup with a smaller budget. Plugging in Opsbliss for a couple of months may provide all of the coverage you need vs hiring someone full-time.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you’re only paying your operator when you have work available for them.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many operations requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.  We can reprioritize requests as needed and will provide realistic time expectations for each request.

How fast will I receive a finished output from my requests?

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

Who are the operators?

Opsbliss is run by a former marketing operations leader from Zenefits, Universal, PandaDoc and Keap.

How do I request revenue and marketing operations support?

Opsbliss offers a ton of flexibility in how you request revenue and marketing operations support using Trello. Some common ways clients request help is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or sheets, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it’s fair game.

What if I don't like the finished output?

No worries! We’ll continue to revise until you’re 100% satisfied.

What if I only have a single request?

That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional marketing operations needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
