Can I change plans later?
Plans can be upgraded or downgraded anytime on your account billing page.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If you run out of credits before your monthly reset, your usage will pause until either credits reset or you upgrade. You’re never charged extra without explicitly purchasing more.
You can purchase additional credits anytime without changing your plan — useful for short-term spikes when you don’t want to commit to a higher monthly tier.
Do I lose my data if I downgrade?
No. Your library, conversations, content, and integrations stay intact. Downgrading just changes your monthly capacity going forward. The only thing that removes your data is requesting account deletion.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. We require a credit card up front, but you won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
When do plan credits reset?
Credits reset every 30 days from your subscription start date. You can see your current balance and next reset date anytime on your billing page.
How does billing work for team plans?
Billing for teams is really simple and is strictly handled at the Workspace level. The user who creates a workspace manages the billing based upon the plan selected such as Premium or Business. Within the workspace the admin can add team members at no cost. Each team member will have access to the workspace but will not be asked for a credit card, etc and will not receive any bills.
